A measured result from one production process.
A receivables operation runs a 144-step reconciliation across twelve source files every day. Missing documents and empty outputs could pass through without a clear reason, which left operators to investigate after the run.
We added a five-layer check before reconciliation. It runs twenty-six named tests. Every batch is marked ready, warning, blocked, or incomplete, with the reason recorded.
Production snapshot: 2,144 batches
| Outcome | Batches | Share, percent |
|---|---|---|
| Complete | 1,873 | 87.2 |
| Incomplete, a required document missing | 271 | 12.8 |
| Matched within 0.01 | 412 | 19.2 |
| Inside the bank-fee tolerance band | 775 | 36.2 |
| Overpaid beyond tolerance | 557 | 26.0 |
| Underpaid beyond tolerance | 392 | 18.3 |
In this 2,144-batch snapshot, about 55 to 60 percent needed no manual pre-check.
This result comes from one deployment, one dataset, and one process.
Document accuracy depends on the files. Match rates depend on master data quality. We therefore set these measures from each client's own sample.
During paid discovery, we run representative files, measure the result, and use it to set the acceptance criteria in the contract.
We do not hold ISO or SOC certification today. Our architecture and data handling are documented for vendor review.
