Choose the area that matches your work. The documents, rules, and approvers change. The platform stays the same.

Finance & Accounting

Who buys it: CFO, Financial Controller, Head of Accounts Payable, Head of Shared Services.

Common problems: invoices approved under payment-run pressure. Settlements that fail to tie out. Suspense items without owners. Management reports built in workbooks only one person understands.

Controls: pre-reconciliation detection, residual exception diagnosis, cash-in-bank reconciliation at scale, AP invoice control, enterprise data intake, utilities billing and collection, funding decision and cash application, management reporting certification.

Finance and accounting is our most developed business area. These controls have been built against real operating data.

Supply Chain & Logistics

Who buys it: COO, Head of Supply Chain, Head of Logistics, Head of Import and Export.

Common problems: documents arriving in many formats against a cutoff. Jobs created from incomplete files and corrected at the port. Vendor invoices approved without a full rate-card check. Job margin lost before AP sees it.

Controls: freight document intake, job margin protection.

ViaLink started in supply chain and logistics. The document and cost-control patterns come from real freight work.

Payments & Settlement

Who buys it: Head of Payments, Head of Settlement, Treasurer, COO of a payment business.

Common problems: settlement files that arrive short without a clear reason. Contracted pricing held in spreadsheets and individual memory. Payouts based on amounts nobody recalculated. Old breaks without owners.

Controls: settlement and fee integrity, payment release control.

This area has large potential projects, but the current production evidence is limited. The architecture is complete. The measured production result comes from finance and accounting.

Audit & Compliance

Who buys it: Head of Internal Audit, Head of IT Audit, Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Sustainability, Company Secretary.

Common problems: an audit opinion based on a small sample. The same finding returning each year. Sustainability disclosures built in workbooks with overwritten emission factors and new assurance requirements.

Controls: IT audit and control testing, sustainability and compliance disclosure, continuous audit, donation intake and audit evidence.

Demand is growing as Thailand phases in IFRS S1 and S2 reporting and external assurance requirements. These disclosures need clear source records, calculation versions, approvals, and review history.

Manuel fits recurring work that can be checked against a clear record, where errors cost money and the next action is defined. One-off clean-ups and reporting over trusted data are outside its scope.
